  • Yes, we offer delivery to New Braunfels, San Marcos, Converse, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. Please note that delivery fees and applicable taxes are not included in the product price.

  • Yes, we offer in-person pickup. Once your order is placed, you will receive a text message with a list of available pickup time slots for the next day. You can select the time that works best for you, and we’ll confirm the location along with your scheduled pickup details.

    Please note: There is a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled pickups. If you are unable to arrive within that window, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to reschedule for a later day/time. Failure to show up for your scheduled pickup without prior notice will result in a forfeited order, and no refund will be issued.

  • If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a great experience.

    To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo of the product and your order, along with a brief description of the problem.

    While all sales are final due to the perishable nature of our puddings, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
